Dear Parents and Carers, 

We would like to invite you to our Academic Review Day (ARD) on Wednesday 15th July, running from 8:20 AM to 2:00 PM. This is an important opportunity to meet with your daughter’s form tutor for a 7 minute appointment to discuss her latest report, behaviour, and overall progress. 

Why it’s important: 

This meeting allows you to: 

• Review your daughter’s academic report 
• Discuss how she is progressing in school 
• Set goals and expectations for the new academic year 

Booking your appointment: 

Appointments can be booked to attend either in person or online, depending on your preference. Please book your session via SchoolCloud using the link below:

Bookings open on Friday 3rd July at 3:00 AM 

Important: When booking, please enter your daughter’s legal name exactly as it appears on MCAS (not her preferred name), to ensure the system recognises her. 

On the day: 

• In-person appointments: Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to find the correct room. Appointments are tightly scheduled to ensure the day runs smoothly. If you miss the appointment the teacher may not be able to see you due to other appointments. 
• Online appointments: Please log in 10 minutes early to check your connection and ensure everything is working. 
• Reports will be handed out on arrival or can be accessed via MCAS. 
• Students are encouraged to attend the meeting with you. 
• There will be no normal school day on this day.
